In this process, we can view people in our organizations as a problem, an obstacle – or as a resource, as a potential driver of transformation.

I support organizations in this change process around the topic of People & Culture. In the development of teams, leaders – or a cultural change for the entire organization.

My approach

Strategic

As a consultant, I am always careful to ensure that my consulting work is seamlessly integrated into the overarching strategy of my clients. I work closely with them to ensure that every measure supports the long-term goals and contributes to the company’s vision.

Empathic

As a psychologist, mediator, and trainer for Nonviolent Communication, I place people at the center of my work. I empathetically address the individual needs and challenges of each person and create a connection that enables effective and respectful communication and interaction.

Transformative

My experience as a speaker for political education allows me to always keep an eye on the big picture. I integrate societal issues and the ‘why’ behind the respective cultural change into my consulting work to initiate and accompany transformative processes.
